4 Tips to Layer your Way into Fall

The season is changing and so are our closets, but that doesn’t mean we have to store away our tanks and crops just yet. The key to transitioning into fall is about using layers that let you keep using your favorite summer tops but don’t add a lot of volume to your frame.Instead of packing away your favorite summer staples, here are 4 tips for how you can transition them into layers for your fall wardrobe.

Don’t pack away your tanks

Tank tops have been your go-to outerwear this whole scorching summer, no need to give them up so soon! Throw a jean jacket or eco-leather bomber over your favorite tanks,  and carry that summer style into cooler nights. We love the look of the Airports tank because it's flowy and with thin straps, it transitions great to fall.

Keep it simple

A classic tee is a must for your base layer, and a comfortable fit is key. That’s why this unisex Wanderlush Goals tee is one of our favorites. It’s a soft jersey-knit so it feels great on your skin,  and pairs well with a sweatshirt or open jacket.

Add some dimension
Changing up your silhouette is a great way to keep layers from looking too bulky. The Live Love Travel flowy long sleeve adds a little drama when worn off the shoulder, and is lightweight enough to roll up in your purse!
Cozy is key
Nothing beats a well-loved hoodie, and this lightweight Weekend Warrior sweatshirt makes for a perfect top layer when you need to take the edge off a chilly evening.
